We do not accept prepayment by check for retail stores.
We only ship to stores within the United States.

• No Wholesale Returns.
• Refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus UPS charges.
• Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
• Damaged products will be replaced, or a credit issued, at the option of Noodle & Boo. In order to obtain a replacement or credit you must contact customer care within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery should you receive damaged merchandise.
• Additionally, you must contact customer care within 48 hours of receipt of delivery if there is any discrepancy between your order and shipping paperwork.

The majority of all Noodle & Boo products have not been manufactured using gluten-containing ingredients. The following products, are those that may contain wheat and other grains. All the ingredients we use in a product are listed on the product itself, as well as online on each product page.
Known Gluten Products/Ingredients:
Healthy Hand Wash - wheat germamido-propyldimonium hydrolyzed wheat protein
Other grains: French-Milled Baby Soap - oat bran flour
Delicate Baby Powder - avena sativa (oat) kernel flour

The only three products that have expiration dates are the Ultimate Ointment, Sunscreen and the Instant Hand Sanitizer which are printed on the product. All other products have a two-year shelf life after the date of open.

The testers listed on the order form can only be purchased when a case of that product is purchased. One tester can be purchased per case.

We ship from Northern California.

Shipping charges are based on weight and distance, and we ship from Northern California.

The handling fee is our warehouse fee that we pass along to our retailers. It is part of our shipping calculation (UPS/Fed Ex charge + Handling Fee) that we need to separate due to tax purposes.
