Shipping & Returns


All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after an order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day and will ship within 1 to 3 business days. 

All processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information or click here to sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager and receive tracking updates on your orders.  While it is not guaranteed, your package will normally arrive within 3-6 business days after it has been processed. Shipping costs are based on package weight and shipping location. You will see shipping options and pricing during the checkout process. The shipping methods offered will differ based on your shipping address and number of items being ordered.  Noodle & Boo’s couriers are FedEx, USPS and UPS. If we can ship your order faster (at no additional cost) using an alternative shipping method, we will do so.

Please note that if you’d like to receive your order sooner, you can select expedited shipping. Increased shipping costs will be applied at checkout for this service.

LUXE GIFT RETURN POLICY

A Luxe Gift includes other prestige brands that were especially curated for our luxury gift offerings.  You may exchange or return "Luxe Gift" items within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt.  To qualify for an exchange or return, product must be in original packaging.  Items returned incomplete, altered, and/or damaged will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The refund is made with the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial sale.
