Currently we offer $5.95 flat rate shipping for purchases up to $50.00, within the contiguous United States. All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after an order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day and will ship within 1 to 3 business days. Signature required for orders over $200.00.
All processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking
information. While it is not guaranteed, your package will normally arrive within 3-6 business days after it has been processed. For more information, please review our FAQs.

At this time, we can only ship to customers in the United States.
All orders placed before 4 pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed after 4 pm will be considered placed the following day and will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Expedited shipping is Express Mail through USPS or UPS. Once shipped, your package is guaranteed either next day or 2-day delivery based on your delivery location.

We use USPS, UPS and FedEx. If we can ship your order faster (at no additional cost) using an alternative
shipping method, we will do so.
We stand behind our products 100%! If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it. We ask that you do so within 14 days of receipt. Simply call us at 888.400.5454 to request a call tag. Once you receive it, send us the product in its original packaging and a copy of the original invoice. Please include your contact information so we can expedite the return.

A Luxe Gift includes other prestige brands that were especially curated for our luxury gift offerings. You may exchange or return "Luxe Gift" items within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt. To qualify for an exchange or return, product must be in original packaging. Items returned incomplete, altered, and/or damaged will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The refund is made with the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial sale.
No. You may purchase product as a guest. However, the value of creating an account is that all your contact information is saved allowing you save time the next time you order. By having an account you can review your order history. Noodle & Boo does not keep credit card information.
Our Subscription program allows you to have regularly scheduled orders at a discounted price. Subscribe to your favorite Noodle & Boo products, select your frequency and we’ll automatically deliver them so you never run out. You'll save 5% off your item and only pay once your order ships.
You always have complete control over your subscription orders and we send email reminders before each order ships.
You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting ‘My Subscriptions’ located within your account. Changes to orders can be made any time before the next scheduled shipment date and you can cancel at any time.
Subscribing is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page. To get started, simply select the Subscribe option for your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency and then check out as normal.
Your subscription is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, select your frequency, or cancel a subscription by visiting ‘Manage Subscriptions’ located within your account.
After you subscribe, you can access the Subscriptions section in your account where you can manage your future orders, subscription items and account information. We will place your subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is processed. We will send you an email reminder before each subscription order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your subscription account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.
You can cancel online at any time in the Subscriptions section of My Account. Select ‘Cancel’ on the subscription you would like to cancel, followed by the reason why. You will receive a confirmation email when your subscription has been canceled.
