PETA sure is good at getting gorgeous celebrities to take off their clothes.
Eva Mendes recently doffed her duds to protest the use of fur in fashion, saying, “There are way too many amazing faux-fur options out there for people to still be wearing real fur.” The sexy starlet is just the latest in a line of Hollywood actresses to partake in PETA’s “Fur is Dead” ad campaign — Alicia Silverstone, Christina Applegate, and Pamela Anderson and more have stripped down for animal rights, each of them saying, “Fur? I’d rather go naked.”
Eva admits that she didn’t always understand the cruelty behind the fur industry, but once PETA made her aware of how a fur wrap she wore to a premiere came to be, she vowed to get involved with their organization. And judging by the attention her posterior poster is getting, I would have to say both PETA and her fans are happy as can be about it!
